It was first published in 2015 by Dr. Chowdhury Ishrak Ahmed Siddiky under the guidance of late National Professor Dr. Jamilur Reza Choudhury, former Vice Chancellor of the University of Asia Pacific. Our editorial board is primarily comprised of legal scholars and academics from all over the world.
